We’re a small creative team based in Varna that run our own businesses and share a great love & passion for the hospitality industry as well. We tried our best to make our apartments relaxing, cozy and comfortable places where you will find everything you need.

We decided to go into hosting because we think we have some very important points to offer: great location, a clean and comfortable place in a historic neighborhood with restaurants and tourist attractions on your doorstep. "This is the best place we could have wished for in Varna. It's very central so only 5-10mins from the beach through a lovely pedestrian road with shops and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and Dessy was nice enough to leave us some water and biscuits as we were arriving late. On that note, we did arrive around 4am and she was very flexible in organising the keys for us. Thanks for a great time and will definitely stay with you when we go back!"

"Fantastic value for this apartment and location. I took a risk on booking because it had no reviews, and I'm glad I did. The building is all new so everything works great from the lift to the air conditioning. The balcony is really enjoyable. The buildings around are spread out so the view is open and quite charming. The apartment isn't huge, but it feels bigger than it is because the space is used really well. The location is excellent because it's on the west side of the old town area. It's one block from the main pedestrian route. These are wide brick streets with lots of shops, fountains, restaurants, and leads directly to main beach entrance. The host, Dessy, is a lovely person that clearly cares about making a great experience for her guests. She was communicative and also patient when we were delayed at the airport. She equipped the apartment well, including the kitchen and some useful extras for the beach."

"Tres bon accueil de dessy ! Agreable sejour dans une maisonnette place top center de Varna ! Logement propre et neuf avec beaucoup de petite attentions de la part de l' hote (notamment fruit, the, cafe, chocolat... a notre arrivee ) par contre attention lors de votre reservation car si vous ne reservez que pour deux personne meme si vous n'etes pas un couple vous n'aurez pas le droit d'utiliser la deuxieme chambre ! (mais un canape lit plus ou moins confortable vous attends dans le salon) a part cela tout c'est tres bien passe et d'ailleurs voisinage tres agreable."

"Dessy's flat is wonderful. I've spent almost one month there and I felt at home! The apartment is brand new, it was clean and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable, happy stay. The big windows in the bedroom and living room give lots of natural light and a beautiful view. The apartment is located in a very calm neighborhood, at just 2 minutes' walk from the Opera House and the main pedestrian street, with a lot of mini-markets around. Dessy is a super host. The communication was great and she checked on me regularly to know whether I needed something! I highly recommend this place for a perfect stay in the beautiful city of Varna. Thank you Dessy!"

"Awesome location, quiet but still right next to the center. I loved the garden and the design of the apartment. Bed was comfy, Wi-Fi was fast and the kitchen area is very well equipped. "The apartment is very cozy and I enjoyed being there. The local fresh vegetable market is literally a 1 minute walk , and everyday it was super convenient for getting fresh food. The kitchen at the apartment worked well and I was able to do all my own cooking throughout my stay. The apartment is very well located, being very near to Varna's large pedestrian area where you can find lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is located in a quiet street and neighbourhood, with little traffic, so I found it peaceful at night . Dessy replied quickly to all messages, and was very helpful and always on hand should the need arise. The whole situation felt very safe. Thanks for an enjoyable stay."

"There are 3 principles in the tourist business : location, location, location! It was as а nice stay for my business trip to Varna in a last minute offer. I would add more principles - cleanness, host and comfort. The location is really best for this value. About 100 meters to the real heart of Varna. The apartment is very clean and quite (no sounds from cars or humans), as it is located in the opposite side of the street). The view is really enjoyable. I traveled by car and I was surprised that i can reserve a parking place, as this area is in the paid Blue zone. But what to say for Desi - the most positive host, great attitude, always to support and answer all my questions (even during just one day stay). I can recommend this place for a stay and maybe i will visit again in summer (i saw some children books and beach toys in the apartment). Even there is are umbrellas - for rain and sun :)"
